Examples of Interior Procurement

The Gathering Church of Sevierville
The first phase of this new development is a very exciting and dynamic place, with full-service ministry for more than 1,000 persons. Contemporary in its basic form, it utilizes materials that reflect the natural surroundings in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Strong emphasis on Youth & Children demanded a unique character for each area, which furthered the impact of the aesthetics. This was a very special opportunity for us to serve in the capacity of Interiors & Procurement, as the actual facility was designed by another Architectural firm out of Atlanta, and it makes a strong visual impact while supporting ministry.

Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts
Impacting is about the best way to describe this 1,500 seat performance theater in Western North Carolina. Spacious lobbies, glass curtain walls, huge custom chandeliers, and an amazing combination of materials create unforgettable vistas as one walks through the space. Intended to reflect the natural feel of the mountains and rivers that surround the area, the flow and details are a delight. Serving as a great example of our “Master Builder” process, we served as Planner, Architect, Interior Designer, and Procurement Agent through a strong relationship with the Owner.

The Curnow Residence - Montgomery Cove
Located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Knoxville, this family sought our help to address a major concern with the functionality of their home. The combination of a spacious but disconnected Foyer, a Living Room with too much circulation, and a small room with no use seemed to be overwhelming; but we met the challenge to add a Study, while improving flow and aesthetics. Through design, construction, and furnishings we exceeded the Owner’s expectations.

Keith Memorial United Methodist Church
Representing the third phase of service to this client through more than 15 years, this challenge gave us the opportunity to bring “full-service” to the table in an effort to develop a new Contemporary Worship Center for 600 persons, Daycare for 100 children, & Administrative Offices for the Church Staff. Connecting the new to the existing via a long and spacious Gallery space, we utilized materials & furnishings to develop a beautiful and welcoming environment for these various ministries, serving all aspects of design and procurement.

The Malone Residence - Montgomery Cove
Serving as the first house seen by everyone upon entering this most sought-after subdivision in Knoxville, this Southern Living Home by Steven Fuller was looking for the finishing touch to make it a show place. Addressing the interior design and procurement for the entire home of nearly 4,000 square feet proved to be a challenge, but considering that it is the personal home of an Architect & Interior Designer, it was truly a passion of the heart. Earth tones, natural materials, accents, and simple/contemporary furnishings bring the house together as a home.
